TIPS:

• Wiggle mascara wand back and forth from base to tips of lashes, using short and steady strokes.
• Layer on more coats to build lash volume and deepen color.
• Apply different Astronomical shades to top and bottom lashes for a galactically glam look. Use with Venus palettes, LID-LITE eyeshadows, and Bushy Brow.
